By installing, downloading, or using Djobar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the software and cease all use.
Djobar is a desktop toolbar application for Windows that provides quick access to your files, folders, shortcuts, and web bookmarks.
Djobar is designed and tested for Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 (32-bit and 64-bit). Use on any other operating system or platform is not supported. The publisher assumes no responsibility for malfunctions, errors, or incompatibilities arising from the use of Djobar on unsupported systems.
Djobar relies on Windows system APIs and shell components that may be modified, deprecated, or removed by Microsoft through operating system updates, security patches, or feature upgrades. The publisher shall not be held liable for any loss of functionality, malfunction, or inability to use Djobar resulting from changes made to the operating system by Microsoft or any third party. No guarantee is made that Djobar will remain compatible with future versions or updates of Windows.
Djobar is available in three editions:
License keys are personal and non-transferable. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is prohibited. At the end of the trial period, if no Pro license is activated, the software reverts to Free edition functionality. No data is lost.
The Pro license is sold at a one-time price of €9.99 (nine euros and ninety-nine cents), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions (Paddle handles all payment processing, billing and invoicing on behalf of NEOLOGIK). NEOLOGIK does not store or have access to your payment details (credit card number, etc.). All billing inquiries, invoices, and payment-related issues are handled by Paddle.
The price may be modified at any time by NEOLOGIK. Any price change applies only to future purchases and does not affect licenses already purchased.
Upon successful payment, the Pro license key is delivered immediately by email and displayed on screen. The software itself is available for download free of charge from the Djobar website. Delivery is therefore considered instantaneous.
You may manage your license activations (view activated computers, deactivate a computer to free a slot) through the license management page on the Djobar website. If you lose your license key, you may retrieve it by verifying your email address on the same page.
Djobar performs the following network communications:
These communications are limited to the strict minimum required for the above purposes. No personal data, usage statistics, telemetry, or identifying information is collected or transmitted during these operations.
10.1. Data collected by the software. Djobar does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data during normal use. All user configuration and preferences are stored exclusively on the local computer. No account creation is required to use the software.
10.2. Data collected via the website. When requesting a license key (trial or Pro), the following data is collected:
This data is processed on the legal basis of contract execution (delivery of the license key and management of activations).
10.3. Communications.
10.4. Data sharing. Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing by Paddle (see section 6). Paddle’s own privacy policy applies to payment-related data.
10.5. Data retention. Your data is retained for the duration of your license validity. For Pro licenses (perpetual), data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. For trial licenses, data is retained for up to 2 years after the trial period ends. Anonymous analytics data (page visits, click events) is retained for up to 3 years.
10.6. Your rights (GDPR). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The publisher does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall NEOLOGIK be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this software. This includes, without limitation:
This limitation applies whether such damages result from a defect, error, or bug within the software, from user error or misconfiguration, from interactions with the operating system or third-party software, or from any other cause, even if NEOLOGIK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
In any case, the total liability of NEOLOGIK shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Pro license.
By using the software, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
You may request a full refund of your Pro license within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@djobar.com. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net.
In the event that NEOLOGIK discontinues the development or maintenance of Djobar, users may continue to use the last available version of the software indefinitely, subject to these terms. Pro license keys already activated will remain valid. However, NEOLOGIK shall not be obligated to provide updates, technical support, or compatibility fixes after discontinuation. The licensing server may become unavailable, in which case activated licenses will continue to function but new activations may not be possible.
Djobar may include third-party libraries and components, each subject to their own license terms. The use of such components does not imply any endorsement or affiliation. NEOLOGIK shall not be held liable for any issues arising from third-party components.
These Terms are originally written in English. Translations into other languages may be provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
NEOLOGIK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Djobar website and included in new versions of the software. Continued use of Djobar after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
